Description du poste

• Collaborate closely with sustainability and legal teams to determine the SFDR classification of products according to regulatory frameworks
• Draft, maintain, and update SFDR and EU Taxomony related policies
• Prepare pre-contractual and periodical product disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain product level disclosures on the company website
• Assist in responding to queries and requests from regulatory authorities
• Provide training to internal teams on developments in sustainable finance regulations
• Monitor and report on non-EU sustainability regulations
• Update the Luxembourg Manco and fund boards on regulatory developments
• Collaborate with product and client servicing teams to maintain European ESG templates

Profil attendu

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge of financial reporting matters
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Audit/Consulting firm or asset management
• Good understanding of the European sustainable regulatory framework, including SFDR and the EU Taxonomy
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks from conception to execution in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in IT, including advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
• Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
• Autonomous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
