• Lead the development of technology and cybersecurity compliance and operational risk practices across business functions and legal entities in Switzerland and the broader EMEA region.
• Collaborate closely with senior location, line of business, and technology stakeholders to provide credible challenge and independent evaluation of technology and cybersecurity risks and controls.
• Offer regulatory guidance and challenge relating to technology compliance and operational risk, including data management and cloud technology-related matters.
• Stay abreast of technological and data privacy regulatory and legislative changes, advising the business to ensure compliant and controlled operations.
• Supervise adherence to the firm's incident response procedures and lead CCOR reviews, including but not limited to security events, risk assessment back-testing, metrics, escalations, and reporting.
• Engage in Control Committees, senior-level workstreams, major change management programs, and internal strategic efforts, ensuring robust operational risk management.

Profil attendu

• Extensive experience in technology development and operational risk oversight, or technology and cyber compliance within the financial services industry.
• In-depth local regulatory knowledge related to cybersecurity and technology.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical systems and the business processes they support, identifying risks and controls, and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships, advocate ideas, and challenge when necessary.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field and professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.
