Scope of work:
This position is responsible for supporting the JSS Operations Manager and the Commercial Managers on business development, standardisation and continuous execution of dealer and customer contracts within Europe, Africa Middle East and Eurasia-Australia.
Communications coordination and localization
Customer Site Study support with site visits, operation appraisals.
Developing and validating Total Maintenance and Repair Strategies and plans
Administer and monitor Customer Contracts Reporting
Custom reporting development and analysis
Understanding and use of various on/off board technologies.
Opportunity Analysis and Pipeline management
Salesforce coordination and standardisation
Contract Pricing development support
Contracts formulation and modularization
Actively participate in special projects related to sales variance management using the 6 Sigma process improvement methodologies
University degree (bachelor or master) in IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Economics.
1-3 years professional experience maximum.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Strong customer focus and analytical skills.
English and French. Another European language would be an asset.
Product Support experience is an advantage
Strong software knowledge is required: Lotus Notes and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of IT, Database, SalesForce, SAP, Tableau (Dashboards) would be beneficial.
Swiss citizen or holder of a valid B (hors contingent) or C permit, or EU citizen who has completed majority of the studies in Switzerland.
