The candidate brings a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to general accounting, with the ability to follow instructions accurately, manage priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and prepare key financial statements in English, including Payroll Trial Balances, Balance Sheets, and Profit and Loss Accounts up to consolidation level.

• Maintain cash and bank account reports
• Manage accounts payable and advise the Director on payments to be made
• Prepare periodic trial balances, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts for the Company and its affiliated group companies
• Prepare consolidated accounts for the Group
• Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Prepare variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance
• Prepare reconciliation reports, monitor expenditure, and report accordingly
• Maintain the filing system for the Finance department
• Prepare any other monthly financial reports
• Carry out any other tasks as requested by the Directors
