Sales Representative Industry
- Independent planning and implementation of sales strategies for innovative solutions for customers in the industrial sector
- Active acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, primarily through cold calling
- Identification, approach, and qualification of potential customers (lead generation)
- Convincing presentation of cutting-edge technology at customer appointments, trade fairs, and events
- Independent offer management and negotiation
- Development and use of performance indicators (e.g., number of contacts, appointment rate, closing rate) to measure and continuously increase sales success
- Comprehensive customer consulting and support – from initial contact to closing
- Regular travel within the DACH region
Erwartetes Profil
- Completed training or studies in sales, marketing, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven success in customer acquisition and negotiating
- Experience with the direct customer contact – by phone and in person
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and hands on attitude
- Class B driver's license
- Native or near-native German language skills, English is a strong advantage
