On behalf of a globally operating tech company focused on digital financial processes in Oerlikon, albedis is recruiting temporary support for the role of People Operations Manager. This six-month assignment offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the regional contact for People Operations, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle
Standardize and manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records in compliance with local laws and company policies
Develop and enforce policies aligned with local culture, traditions, and legal requirements
Manage relationships with payroll providers, insurers, and government agencies to ensure timely processing of employee matters
Lead two direct reports, offering guidance and development support
Collaborate with the Office Manager on budget planning and drive employee engagement through surveys, discussions, and events
Cordinate onboarding and exits with HR and IT teams
Handle employment documentation, including visas and work permits, in partnership with Legal and HR
Erwartetes Profil
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with mulitple years of experience as HR Bsuiness Partner or a related field
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners (especially Payroll) on initiatives and engagement activities
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strong prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination across teams, timezones, and functions
Track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept to delivery within budget and timelines
Experience balancing strategic projects with daily operational tasks and solving complex issues
