You will act as a key link between customers, distribution centers, and third-party manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth order processing, invoicing, and on-time delivery across Europe.
Stellenbeschreibung
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation
- Coordinate transportation and import/export activities with 3PLs and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with GDP, Finance, and Regulatory standards
- Monitor inventory and system performance across distribution centers
- Support product launches, redeployments, and returns
- Execute all SAP transactions accurately and on time
Erwartetes Profil
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a multinational Supply Chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
- Solid knowledge of SAP and international logistics
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
We have two positions available, one starting in early December and the second in early March, both for 12-month temporary assignments.
