• Track and manage client files from initial setup to verification, coding, archiving, and, as needed, relaunching, covering the entire lifecycle
• Ensure diligently that all account openings and related processes comply with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Identify, investigate, and resolve any issues or risks associated with account openings and client files promptly
• Seek continuously ways to improve and streamline the account opening processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Document accurately all processes and exceptions, maintaining comprehensive records for auditing and review purposes
