QA Specialist – External Manufacturing 100% H/F
Stellenbeschreibung
- Act as the primary QA contact for external manufacturing partners and ensure effective quality oversight.
- Review and approve deviations, change controls, investigations, complaints and batch documentation.
- Coordinate product release activities and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the resolution of quality and operational issues while maintaining business timelines.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, manufacturing and regulatory teams to support product availability and distribution.
- Monitor quality metrics, identify risks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audits, inspections and quality system activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Erwartetes Profil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory experience in sterile manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
