Payroll Specialist


For a fixed-term contract with a 100% workload.

Description du poste

  • Full-cycle payroll management for a corporate employee population based in Switzerland

  • Monthly processing of salaries, variable compensation, bonuses, and benefits

  • Management of social security, pension schemes (LPP), withholding tax, and statutory obligations

  • Liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Ensuring full compliance with Swiss labor and social

  • Participate in payroll process optimization and standardization

  • Support internal controls and audit requirements

  • Prepare accurate reporting for key stakeholders
  • Support salary analyses and internal benchmarking exercises

Profil attendu

  • Minimum 2–4 years of solid experience in Swiss payroll management

  • Experience gained in a structured corporate environment

  • Strong knowledge of Swiss social security and labor regulations

  • Comfortable operating in an international and English-speaking context

  • Fluent French and professional-level English
