Description du poste
- Ensure batch disposition and timely release of drug substance and drug product in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Review and approve CMO documentation, deviations, change controls, and quality investigations
- Support quality agreements, audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness
- Monitor and report CMO quality performance metrics
- Provide quality support for tech transfers, process changes, and product launches
Profil attendu
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 2 years in Quality
- Experience with biologics, sterile/aseptic manufacturing, and contract manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (French and German is a plus)
