Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination
Relevant education supporting senior administrative responsibilities
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or senior support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication and writing skills
Confident and polished business presence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Background in hospitality or supervisory roles is considered a plus
