You will act as a hands‑on leader in monitoring, analysing, and responding to cyber threats. The role involves developing advanced detection rules, enhancing SOC tooling, conducting threat‑hunting activities, and collaborating across teams to improve the overall security landscape.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate security alerts using SIEM and EDR tools.
• Develop and maintain detection rules and response workflows.
• Conduct threat‑hunting activities leveraging intelligence sources.
• Coordinate security incidents across the organisation.
• Collaborate with IT teams on remediation and improvements.

You hold a higher‑education degree in computer science or information security and bring several years of current, hands-on experience in information security, particularly in SOC environments and EDR technologies. You work analytically, demonstrate strong ownership and communicate effectively in complex technical settings.
 

Additionally:

• 10+ years of information‑security experience, incl. SOC and EDR expertise
• Strong SIEM skills (Splunk preferred)
• Understanding of offensive‑security techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site
