• Join the sourcing team in the day-to-day business of specialist recruitment with administrative support, candidate acquisition, profile screening, first contact, contract negotiations, interviews and final placements.
• Coordinate with and be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers from first contact to final place (360° recruiting).
• Coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with the implementation of digital candidate acquisition measures.
• Manage existing clients, acquire new clients, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent formal education) is required; applicants in the final stages of their degree are also welcome.
• Practical experience or a background in recruiting, IT, pharma, or life sciences is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in German (B2-level) and English is essential.
• You are efficient, a quick learner, digitally savvy, communicative, creative, a team player, and take responsibility for assigned tasks. You also communicate with candidates and hiring managers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet keyword searches, as well as a solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles are expected.
• The position is open to candidates already residing in Switzerland.
