Role Overview
As an Avaloq Configuration Specialist for Investment Analytics & Portfolio Solutions, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the organization’s core banking platform. You will contribute to both project‑driven initiatives and daily operational tasks, acting as a bridge between technology and business stakeholders. In this role, you design solutions, configure and test Avaloq modules, analyze requirements together with business teams, and ensure smooth daily production workflows. You will join an experienced and supportive team that collaborates in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
You will work across solution design, configuration, development, and operations within the Avaloq environment, focusing on investment performance and portfolio management topics. You will support ongoing projects, take ownership of specific application areas, and help resolve production issues swiftly and reliably.
Your responsibilities include
- Designing, implementing, configuring, and testing Avaloq solutions.
- Driving enhancements in Investment Performance and Portfolio Management functionality.
- Acting as an interface between IT and business stakeholders for requirement analysis.
- Handling operational requests, production incidents, and user inquiries.
- Ensuring documentation quality and supporting continuous platform improvements.
Profil attendu
Your Profile
To succeed in this position, you bring hands‑on experience with Avaloq parametrization and a strong interest in modern banking technology. You are structured, solution‑oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility for your domain. You enjoy working in an agile and open environment and communicate confidently in German and English. Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or citizenship of an EU/EFTA country.
Additionally
- Practical Avaloq configuration experience, ideally within investment performance or portfolio management.
- Ability to work independently while contributing actively to team collaboration.
- Interest in modern tools, methods, and continuous system enhancement.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
