Main Responsibilities
Process Design & Documentation
• Supports process redesign workshops for the Centralized End-User Portal, capturing to-be HR administration processes rather than documenting current state.
• Translates process design decisions into structured documentation usable for ServiceNow HRSD configuration, UAT preparation, and training.
• Updates documentation as process design decisions change, keeping it aligned with the current PI's objectives and backlog.
Business Decisions & Analysis
• Supports business decisions on scope and configuration choices as they arise during design and implementation.
• Prepares analyses and short business cases for design decisions or trade-offs requiring sign-off from the project team.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinates with the implementation partner, IT and Architecture to ensure requirements are complete and testable ahead of UAT (December 2026, February 2027).
• Acts as a reliable point of contact for the project team on the day-to-day progress of documentation and analysis work, flagging risks or gaps early.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven prior experience as a Business Analyst for 3-5 years in an HR context, ideally involving HRIS or HR service delivery platforms.
• Technical Skills: Experience with system implementation or migration projects; familiarity with ServiceNow (HRSD or other modules) is a strong asset.
• Way of Working: Able to write documentation that is usable, not just complete, and to engage in process redesign rather than simply recording current state. Experience in decentralized, multi-country organizations is a plus, given the diversity of field HR users this will ultimately serve.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field; Agile certification is an asset.
• Languages: Excellent command of English; French is a strong asset.
