IT Solution Architect
Data & Vision Solutions Dpt.

Description du poste

- You will define end-to-end IT solution architectures for new and existing production sites, ensuring that each target landscape is aligned with operational needs, regulatory constraints, cybersecurity requirements, and long-term scalability objectives
- You will develop target architectures across MES, WMS, BDS, machine data, and Track & Trace ecosystems, translating business and technical requirements into robust, coherent, and future-proof solutions
- You will ensure seamless interoperability between ERP platforms, shopfloor systems, automation layers, industrial interfaces, and data platforms, while maintaining high standards in performance, resilience, and maintainability
- You will lead system selection activities by evaluating solution options, coordinating vendor exchanges, contributing to fit-gap analysis, and supporting decision-making with structured architectural recommendations
- You will establish governance models, architecture principles, system standards, and documentation frameworks that support consistency across sites and facilitate sustainable industrialisation of IT solutions
- You will contribute to integration strategies and deployment approaches for greenfield and brownfield environments, ensuring a controlled rollout of new capabilities within complex production settings
- You will support validation, qualification, and audit activities by providing the necessary architectural documentation, traceability, and technical evidence required in regulated environments
- You will assess new developments through application testing, technical demonstrations, and problem analysis, helping the teams validate functionality and resolve process or system issues efficiently
- You will communicate architectural concepts, project outcomes, and technical decisions clearly to internal audiences, while maintaining and transferring know-how through structured reporting and documentation
- You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying architectural weaknesses, proposing optimisation measures, and reinforcing best practices across digital production ecosystems


Profil attendu

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in regulated industries, ideally with exposure to validation standards, scalable data architectures, and analytics platforms
- You have a proven experience in greenfield and brownfield production site implementations, with a solid understanding of the challenges linked to industrial transformation and site ramp-up
- You have experience integrating ERP systems with shopfloor and logistics systems, and you understand the dependencies between production, supply chain, automation, and data flows
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of industrial communication standards, system interoperability, and automation integration in high-security manufacturing environments
- You are comfortable working on MES, WMS, BDS, and Track & Trace solutions, or you have the ability to quickly build strong expertise in these domains
- You are familiar with governance, documentation, and validation requirements in controlled environments, and you work with strong attention to compliance and traceability
- You speak English at C1 level; French or another European language is considered an asset
- Willing to travel up to 25% worldwide
