For a major industrial company active in the pharmaceutical sector and based near Neuchâtel, you will join a dynamic environment where precision, coordination, and responsiveness are key to ensuring the smooth planning of patient treatments linked to cellular immunotherapy products.
In this temporary 12-month assignment, you will play a central role in the operational coordination of scheduling activities, working closely with treatment sites, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. Your mission will be to ensure an efficient, reliable, and patient-oriented follow-up of the entire treatment timeline.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring patient treatment schedules for cellular immunotherapy products, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full alignment with operational constraints.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related matters and ensuring clear, professional, and proactive communication with treatment sites, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining patient schedules in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, while anticipating changes and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Monitoring collection, transportation, and manufacturing milestones to ensure that each step of the process is followed up closely and any deviation is identified and escalated promptly.
- Entering and maintaining transactional data in the scheduling system with a high level of rigor, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Documenting customer and partner feedback accurately, identifying key information, and ensuring that relevant issues are tracked and communicated appropriately.
- Leading meetings with clinical and commercial teams as assigned, preparing the necessary materials, coordinating agendas, and ensuring effective follow-up on action points.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to support smooth coordination, mutual trust, and operational excellence.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes by sharing observations, suggesting practical adjustments, and supporting best practices within the team.
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong service mindset and a high level of attention to detail.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree, or you can demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar coordination, logistics, customer service, or patient-facing environment.
- You bring experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services or navigation, account management, logistics, or supply chain, ideally within a demanding and structured setting.
- You are comfortable handling operational requests, managing priorities, and coordinating multiple stakeholders with efficiency and professionalism.
- You communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing; any additional language is considered a strong asset.
- You are confident in interacting with different interlocutors, adapting your communication style to clinical, commercial, logistical, or administrative counterparts.
- You have a strong sense of organization and are able to work accurately, even when dealing with time-sensitive or evolving situations.
- You demonstrate sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- You are comfortable using scheduling systems, digital tools, and transactional databases, and you learn new platforms quickly.
- You show a high level of accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
- You are a collaborative team player who can also work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.
