Description du poste
- Responsible for enabling design intent realization, ensuring technical fit-for-use and print feasibility
- Leads design intent implementation and ensures quality and consistent visual execution across all product forms and variants at FMOT.
- Partners with Design and multi-discipline internal/external partners on packaging artwork projects throughout the design development and design execution
- Partners with pre-press & printers to assess print feasibility, identify alternate solutions, plan & attend print trials, confirm final design intent print feasibility, ensure visual consistency delivered at shelf
- Delivers Core Packaging Work, utilizing BIC processes, technology, tools
Profil attendu
- Strong understanding of brand architecture, design language/identity systems, equity assets and application of design principles to achieve visual consistency.
- Deep understanding of pre-press and printing and artwork file industry standards, print production, print processes and press capabilities, inks, materials/substrates, specialty inks/finishes, proofing, and print trials
- Able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills across Artwork Platform Organization, multi-functional team and external partners with diverse priorities
- 2- 4-year degree in Design-related field or 2-4 years of experience in design production and printing (Design Agency, Pre-Press Agency, Production House, Printer) within the CPG industry (preferred)
