For one of our clients, an international company based in Boudry, Switzerland, we are looking for a
Junior Customer & Logistics Planner 100% H/F
12 - month temporary contract
to join its Supply Chain organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with initial experience in Supply Chain, logistics and/or international distribution who would like to further develop their career in a dynamic, international environment.
Description du poste
- Coordinate product transportation between manufacturing sites, logistics partners and customers, including import/export activities.
- Manage customer orders, invoicing and shipping documentation accurately and on time.
- Work closely with customers, supply sites, distribution centers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Process supplier invoices and follow up on pricing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Maintain relevant customer and Supply Chain master data.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality teams on product availability, launches, allocations and related activities.
- Perform Supply Chain transactions in SAP while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and requirements
Profil attendu
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
- Around 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics or a related function within the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and distribution processes.
- Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders and/or 3PL providers, ideally involving import/export activities.
- Good working knowledge of SAP and confidence using computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
