AI Content Creation & Experience Designer M/F

Content & Experience Creation
- Create, design, and adapt compelling content and digital assets for social media, websites, video platforms, e-commerce, internal communications, and brand campaigns.
- Develop engaging visual storytelling and consumer experiences that strengthen brand equity and drive business results.
- Produce and edit multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and photography.
AI-Powered Content Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content ideation, creation, localization, personalization, and optimization.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve content production efficiency and scalability.
- Explore new AI capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance consumer engagement and content effectiveness.
Creative Development & Execution
- Translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.
- Brief and collaborate with creators, agencies, creative platforms, and production partners to generate multiple executions efficiently.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and creative excellence across all deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand, Media, Digital, Commercial Excellence, Communications, and Technical teams to deliver integrated consumer experiences.
- Support innovation initiatives that drive digital transformation and content automation across the organization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
Profil attendu
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital design, creative production, or related roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, visual design, and multimedia capabilities.
- Experience with video recording, editing, and content production.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation platforms and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing digital experiences and consumer-facing content across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of content automation, personalization, and digital workflows.
Technical Skills
- Graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Video production, videography, and editing.
- Digital content creation across web, social, mobile, and multimedia platforms.
- AI-powered content creation and prompt engineering.
- Creative production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, video editing platforms, AI creative tools).
Leadership & Personal Skills
- Strong project management and execution discipline.
- Creative problem-solving and innovation mindset.
- Agility and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
