Our client is a globally recognised energy company with a powerful consumerfacing brand and an extensive international partnership ecosystem.
As part of an international growth team, you will help identify, assess and develop expansion opportunities across global markets. The role offers exposure to licencing, strategic partnerships, corporate development and transaction-related projects, while providing the opportunity to independently manage commercially meaningful growth initiatives.

Success in this role requires commercial curiosity, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to build long-term partnerships across diverse markets and cultures.

This is an individual contributor position that combines international exposure, commercial ownership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

  • Support international market expansion initiatives and partner-led growth strategies.
  • Identify, assess and engage prospective licencing, operators and strategic partners.
  • Build market intelligence and evaluate growth opportunities across international markets.
  • Develop commercial proposals, business cases and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead negotiations for licensing and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Contribute to investment and divestment assessments, transaction-related workstreams and commercial due diligence activities.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, legal, strategy and M&A stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Independently manage defined commercial opportunities while contributing to larger strategic projects and transactions.
  • Contribute to sustainable value creation through market-entry initiatives and partnership development activities.

Profil attendu

Experience & Capabilities
This position represents an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional seeking broader international exposure and ownership of strategic business development projects.
  • Early to mid-career commercial professional with approximately 5-8 years of experience gained within business development, licencing, franchising, strategic partnerships, corporate development, M&A, consulting or related environments.
  • Experience evaluating commercial opportunities and establishing long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong commercial curiosity with an interest in partner-led growth models and international expansion.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with business cases, contracts and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within an international and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages represent an advantage.

Education & Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Management or a related discipline.
  • An MBA or other postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
  • Equivalent professional experience combined with a strong track record in business development, franchising, partnerships or transaction-related environments will also be considered.
