Staff Engagement Projet Manager
For a temporary position starting ASAP at 100%

Lead assigned projects end-to-end – scope, work plan, milestones, interdependencies, risks and deliverables – tracking progress against clear indicators and expected benefits.
Coordinate transversally across the People functions, Communications and field and HQ stakeholders to mobilise the right support and expertise.
Design and drive change management: align stakeholders and sponsors, anticipate and address resistance, and build readiness and adoption.
Plan and deliver the communication around each project, from launch materials to results.
Review and steer the work of external service providers or consultancies contracted for specific project components.
Report status, risks and decisions to the People Leadership team, escalating any change in scope, timeline or budget for validation.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Track record of leading projects with a strong change management and communication component, bridging expertise centres and operational teams to ensure effective delivery.
At least 10 years of proven professional experience, with a strong grounding in project coordination, ideally within a complex HR or organisational environment.
Strong command of project management methodologies, with proven ability to plan and deliver several parallel projects by year end.
Strong communication and campaign launch skills, with the ability to activate a scope, tool and content already finalised by expertise centres, without needing to design them.
Proven experience in end to end cross functional coordination, mobilising data teams and HR managers to ensure the successful launch of the staff satisfaction survey.
Experience organising internal events, with demonstrated ability to coordinate programme, speakers and logistics for initiatives such as the Wellbeing Week.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple cross functional teams without direct hierarchical authority, while owning overall delivery of the projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing and rolling out communication campaigns to support the launch of HR projects.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), essential given the cross functional stakeholder base spanning HQ and field
