Description du poste
- You set up, operate, and monitor modern turning machines to ensure stable and efficient production processes.
- You oversee the CNC machining cycle closely, check process quality, and document production data with accuracy and consistency.
- You carry out deburring work and support the preparation of parts to meet the required quality standards.
- You contribute actively to the continuous improvement of workflows, tooling, and production equipment within a dynamic industrial environment.
Profil attendu
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic or production mechanic, ideally with experience in machining or a similar industrial manufacturing environment.
- You bring practical experience in the machining industry and are comfortable working with modern production equipment and digital tools.
- You work with precision, show strong quality awareness, and take responsibility for maintaining reliable and consistent output.
- You are a flexible, motivated, and team-oriented person with fluent German skills and a willingness to work in a 2-shift model.
