Business Decision Intelligence & Analytics Manager


For a 12 months contract with a 100% workload.

Job description

  • Ensure data is accurate, timely, and insight-driven, while remaining highly visible, clearly structured, and easy to interpret for stakeholders across markets and regions.
  • Serve as the operational owner of reporting cycles, data validation, and issue resolution, safeguarding the credibility of data as a core commercial performance tracking tool.
  • Contribute to performance interpretation and insight generation by identifying key movements, anomalies, and emerging trends in the data.
  • Continuously improve the presentation, surfacing, and consumption of data outputs to ensure performance signals are clearly translated into actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate closely with markets, IT teams, and the Lead to maintain operational stability, strengthen data governance, and enable consistent, high-quality commercial performance monitoring across the organization.

Expected profile

EDUCATION:
  • University degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, commercial performance management, insights, or related roles at market, regional, or HQ level
  • Hands-on experience working with commercial KPIs, sales performance data, and regular reporting cycles in a multi-market environment
  • Proven experience extracting, validating, and consolidating data across multiple markets and sources
  • Experience contributing to the development, documentation, or application of KPI definitions, tracking rules, or data standards
  • Demonstrated ability to identify performance trends, anomalies, and emerging signals through data analysis
  • Experience preparing analytical outputs, commentary, and materials to support performance deep dives and leadership discussions
  • Experience working directly with markets and IT/data teams to resolve data issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Familiarity with syndicated retail and market data sources is an advantage
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
SKILLS:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and execution-oriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of commercial KPI frameworks, performance tracking, and reporting standards
  • Ability to contribute to and operationalize a common commercial performance language, ensuring consistent interpretation of KPIs
  • Strong attention to data quality, consistency, and comparability across markets
  • Ability to move beyond reporting to insight contribution, identifying what matters in the data and why
  • Strong sensitivity to visibility, readability, and usability of performance data and reporting outputs
  • Ability to structure analyses and dashboards so key messages are immediately clear to stakeholders
  • Clear and structured communication skills, particularly when explaining data issues or insights to non-technical audiences
  • Proactive mindset in identifying risks, improvement opportunities, and emerging issues
  • Ability to work autonomously within defined governance frameworks and escalate appropriately
  • Collaborative working style across markets, IT teams, and insight stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of reporting, dashboarding, and analytical tools relevant to commercial performance data
