- Contributes to the evolution of the platform with insight and initiative
Job description
- Act as the technical point of contact and subject-matter expert for the platform,
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, handling complex incidents,
- Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements, pain points, improvement,
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce tools (Apex, Flows, Builder…),
- Ensure technical solutions align with best practices and business vision
- Actively participate in workshops, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization
- Continuously monitor platform performance and suggest relevant enhancements.
Expected profile
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally with a focus on support and field service processes
- Strong skills in configuration/custom development (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows)
- Comfortable in stakeholder-facing roles, able to build trust and credibility
- Able to bridge technical expertise with business needs
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
