For one of our clients, an industrial company based in Lausanne, we are looking for a
Customer Contract Administrator H/F

Job description

You will be responsible for the complete management of export customer orders, from contract preparation to final invoicing.

  • Manage customer orders and contracts (preparation, follow-up, L/C).
  • Ensure the administrative and logistical management of projects in SAP.
  • Coordinate delivery, invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain a close relationship with customers and suppliers to ensure deadlines and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams for project follow-up.

Expected profile


  • Commercial education (CFC in Commerce or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in order or contract management within an industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of international trade, Letters of Credit, logistics and incoterms.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite, SAP is an asset
  • Languages: German, C1, English C1, French B2 is an asset.
  • Rigorous, organized, adaptable and a good team player.
