HR Operations Manager 80%-100% (H/F)

Job description

  • You manage the various HR administrative tasks while ensuring the development of processes and tools
  • You coordinate and handle all HR administration (social insurances, time & absence management, compensation)
  • You act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative related queries, providing guidance and assisting with problem resolution
  • You guarantee the quality of HR data and develop HR dashboards
  • You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions in the HR field
  • You identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and systems for efficient and digitalized customer oriented HR administration

Expected profile

  • Professional experience in complex environments and proven experience in HR administration with drving experience
  • A keen interest in figures and experience in data processing
  • A global and structured vision with ability to take actions and make decisions
  • Very good knowledge of swiss labor laws (regulations, data protection)
  • Very good command of English and French 
  • At ease with Excel and HRIS
