For an important pharmaceutical international company based in Neuchatel area, we are looking for a
QC Specialist 100% H/F
with strong expertise in Waters Empower to support the development, configuration and lifecycle management of Custom Fields calculations used in analytical testing.
Working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, you will play a key role in ensuring compliant, reliable and efficient implementation of analytical methods while supporting laboratory digitalization and data integrity initiatives.
Description du poste
- Develop, configure and maintain Custom Fields calculations in Waters Empower.
- Translate analytical method requirements into compliant Empower solutions.
- Perform functional verification and testing to ensure calculation accuracy and reporting reliability.
- Maintain GMP documentation and support data standardization initiatives.
- Ensure lifecycle management of Custom Fields and Empower master data.
- Collaborate with QC and cross-functional teams to continuously improve laboratory processes.
Profil attendu
- Proven experience with Waters Empower (essential).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory or regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of HPLC, UPLC and/or GC analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of GMP, Data Integrity principles and laboratory computerized systems; GAMP and/or 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English or French, with a professional command of the other language.
- Education: Laboratory Technician qualification, Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or equivalent.
