Driven by my passion for human relationships and recruiting, I now support companies in Switzerland with their IT Temp and Contracting needs.

After completing my bachelor’s degree in business and media psychology, I gained experience through various internships in the social sector. These experiences helped me develop a strong sense for working with people and a better understanding of diverse personalities.

My interest in psychology and my internship in global recruiting have given me a precise and personalized approach to quickly identify the right talent for each position. I have also contributed to various HR projects, including developing onboarding processes, employer branding, and redesigning company websites.
