Over the past 20 years, Anne-Sophie has built her professional experience working with Senior Management primarily from the healthcare industry, in multinational companies as well as start-ups. Her skills are multiple and she is able to respond effectively to a wide range of human resources needs: executive recruitment, talent management, organizational design, project management, restructuring, and in people performance management. She has also worked for recruitment agencies and renowned international companies, in which she has been intervening in the various fileds oft he health sector, in which she has been working for over 10 years.
To meet the Human Resources challenges, she believes in building a long-term relationship with clients to better understanding corporations’ needs and values as well as in developing individuals’ and teams’ potential.
As a certified professional coach from the IDC Coaching Institute in Geneva, she has led change management initiatives for executive teams in international companies: learning & development, HR & business strategy, sustainable change, growth, diversity & inclusion, culture of change and performance.
Anne-Sophie also holds a master's degree from the Graduate School of Management Excelia.
