Delivery Operations Manager H/F
Job description
- You develop and implement the delivery strategy across the Swiss market
- You identify core restaurants to expand and strenghten the delivery business
- You define sales targets for all channels
- You advise owner / operators on improving operational performance and maximize results
- You implement best practices to support restaurant operations and improve delivery courier experience
- You build strong relationships with third party delivery partners / 3PO
Expected profile
- Experience in a similar position with regional / national scope (delivery operations / fleet model deployment, franchisee management)
- Excellent command of English, French and German is an asset
- Willing to travel between the HQ, restaurants and 3PO's offices
