For one of our clients, an international company operating in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a
Junior Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Engineer H/F
5-6 months temporary contract
to support engineering and capital projects at its Boudry site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry who is looking to further develop expertise in Commissioning, Qualification and Validation within a highly regulated GMP environment.
Job description
- Support and coordinate Commissioning & Qualification activities for facilities, utilities, pharmaceutical equipment and computerized systems.
- Execute C&Q activities in accordance with GMP requirements, applicable procedures and regulatory standards.
- Prepare, review and coordinate commissioning, qualification and validation protocols and reports.
- Contribute to defining qualification/validation strategies, acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
- Coordinate C&Q activities with Engineering, Quality, Technical teams, suppliers and external contractors.
- Support investigations, change controls and corrective action plans related to C&Q activities.
- Monitor C&Q project activities and schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.
Expected profile
- Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Commissioning, Qualification and/or Validation.
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical validation principles.
- Experience with pharmaceutical equipment, utilities and/or computerized systems (CSV).
- Experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing or validation would be a strong asset.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills, combined with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
- Excellent English and French skills.
